Welcome to the Experience eRecruiting Network at University of Memphis!
Please follow the login instructions located on the left side of the page to access career information and to connect with the thousands of opportunities that are available within the Network.
If you are a student or an alum and have questions regarding your Experience eRecruiting account, please contact Jackie Webb, Senior Administrative Assistant at jwebb2@memphis.edu. If you are an employer and are interested in hiring U of Memphis students and alumni, please contact Jessica Randolph, Recruiting Coordinator at jrrandol@memphis.edu.
Students: If you will be participating in on-campus interviews in Career and Employment Services, professional dress is required. For women, professional dress is defined as a business suit with a matching skirt (preferred) or slacks. For men, a business suit is also recommended.
If you need assistance with your job search and will be graduating in the next year, now is the time to contact Career and Employment Services. Learn how to utilize eRecruiting to view actual job listings locally and nationwide and post your resume. Stop by Wilder Tower 400 or call 678-2239 for more information.
Please note Career and Employment Services no show policy for on campus interviews. Interview cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of a scheduled appointment. A cancellation without at least 48 hours notice will be considered a no-show. A cancellation at any later time will be considered a no-show. Submitting a resume for consideration(pre-selecting) and then failing to sign up for an interview when selected by an employer also constitutes a no-show. Students should not submit a resume and/or sign up for an interview as a way of "testing" their resume or interview skills. Please sign up only for interviews that are of interest.
If a student fails to cancel and/or attend a scheduled interview, a letter of apology to the recruiter, with a copy to the Director of Career & Employment Services, is required within five business days. Students will be required to meet with the Director for approval of their letter, and a decision will be made as to whether the student will be allowed to schedule further interviews.
Access to eRecruiting will be blocked for students who have no-showed, cancelled after the deadline, or failed to sign up for pre-select schedules and will be reinstated when the situation has been resolved.
Failure to follow these guidelines can result in the immediate revocation of interviewing privileges through the Career and Employment Services Office. A student who accumulates three or more no shows, including late cancellations, will have his/her on-campus interview privileges revoked. Students should not submit a resume and/or sign up for an interview as a way of "testing" their resume or interview skills. Only sign up for interviews that are of interest.
Career and Employment Services reserves the right to remove students from interview schedules who arrive in inappropriate attire. Business professional attire is required for all interviews. Students who need assistance with resume writing, interview or professional dress may schedule an advising appointment with a staff member.
